Springpack Quarterly Values Awards
Welcome to the Springpack Quarterly Values Awards! At Springpack, our values are the cornerstone of everything we do. They guide our actions, shape our culture, and drive our success. To celebrate and recognise those who embody these values, we are excited to launch a new internal initiative: the Quarterly Values Awards.
Our Values
Springpack is built on six core values:
- Be Courageous – We are fearless in our pursuit of innovation, daring to take bold steps and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the packaging industry.
- Be Empowered – We empower our employees to drive growth and success by taking ownership of their work, making informed decisions, and striving for excellence.
- Be Agile – We embrace change, challenge the status quo and remain agile in our approach, anticipating and responding quickly to market shifts and customer needs.
- Act Sustainably – We are dedicated to being responsible stewards of the environment by reducing our carbon footprint, using sustainable materials, and promoting eco-friendly practices.
- Have Integrity – We conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity and honesty, building trust with our customers, suppliers, and employees through our actions and behaviours.
- Be Accountable – We take ownership of our promises, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality, delivered on time, and provide tangible value to our customers.
Each quarter, we will select three of these values to focus on. Every employee will have the opportunity to nominate one colleague per selected value for something outstanding they have done that exemplifies that value.
This Quarter’s Focus Values
For the upcoming quarter, we are focusing on the following three values:
- Be Agile
- Act Sustainably
- Be Courageous
Nomination Process
- Identify – Think about your colleagues and how they have demonstrated Excellence, Collaboration, or Customer Focus in their work.
- Nominate – Submit your nominations through our internal nomination form. Provide specific examples of how the nominee has embodied the chosen value.
- Celebrate – Award recipients will be announced at the end of the quarter and celebrated in our company-wide meeting.
Key Dates
- Nomination Period: Open from 01.08.2024 to 30.09.2024.
- Announcement of Winners: Q3 Annual Meeting.
Award Recognition
Winners will receive:
- An award. This could be in the form of a gift card.
- Recognition in our company-wide meeting/briefing
- A featured spot on our internal website and on screens within the building.
