Next Working Day Delivery Extended To 3:30pm!

It’s official, our next working day delivery cut-off has been extended to 3:30pm!
We are always striving to improve our service, and an enhanced next working day delivery service is the latest change we have made. By listening to our customers, we realised they we keen to have a later cut-off. So we ran a series of tests, over a number of months, to ensure our service levels remained high. In fact, we think we’ve even improved them!
Ian Ford, our Operations Manager, commented:

Our Fleet
We’re really excited that our brand new fleet of 6 lorries make the vast majority of our customer deliveries. All of the vehicles have Euro 6 engines, which greatly reduces co2 and Nox emissions. Please click here for more information on Euro Emissions Standards.
The vehicles are all also fitted with aerodynamic wind deflectors, which cuts emissions by approx. 20%. All of the vehicles are fitted with a fully telematic tracking system, so we are able to gather real-time fleet information too.
Customer Feedback
Our customers had a genuine need for an extended delivery cut-off. We spoke to our customers, but more importantly, we listened to what they needed. That’s what we’re about at Springpack. Service, service, service!
We are continually looking to improve every aspect of what we do. Even with our 5* rating on Trustpilot, we’re not finished yet!
