Welcome to our blog on the latest new packaging products to the market! Read on to see the products we have recently launched.
Presswood Pallet
With its nestabe design, our Presswood Pallets are a real space saver! As they are nestable, they reduce the storage space required, helping you to keep your warehouse looking nice and tidy!
This particular pallet is 800 x 600mm making it perfect for all manner of goods to be stored and transported. It has a height if 120mm, and a load capacity of 500KG when being moved, and 1200KG when static.
They are easy to move too, as they can be approached from all 4 sides by a fork lift truck. This offers you an additional saving in time and efficiency.
Manufactured from recycled materials, they can be used time and time again, making them a great eco friendly option.

Self Seal Paper
This new and innovative product is great for packing all manner of products. The rubber latex coating will only sticks to itself, so it will not leave any residue on your products. This eliminates the need for the parcel to be sealed with staples, tape or any form of heat sealing. Being tape free, it also significantly reduces your packaging waste.
Whether your products are being stored, or sent straight out, simply wrap it, add a label, and away you go!
Here at Springpack, we stock 2 sizes of self seal paper. There is a 300mm wide option, that contains 200M of paper per roll. It has a paper thickness of 80GSM. We also hold stock of a 600mm wide roll, that has 200M on the roll. The thickness of that paper is 240GSM.
LST252 Friction Weld Strapping Tool
The LST252 Friction Weld Strapping Tool is the ideal addition to your strapping set up. The battery powered friction weld tool can weld 600 pieces of strapping on a single charge. And it only takes 30 minutes to fully charge the lithium-ion battery!
The tool is very easy to use, and it’s fairly light, weighting in at just 3.6kg.

The LST252 comes with a 15 month warranty of all mechanical parts, and a 36 month warranty on the motor. It even comes in a high quality tool case with space for all of your accessories!

Lantech Machines
We have recently increased the range of Lantech Case Erectors available from Springpack, as well as adding the Lantech CS-1000 Case Sealer.
The primary function of all of the Lantech machines is to increase your operation efficiency, and speed up your processes. Ultimately, any form of automation will help with this, but Lantech are the market leader in their field, and having been around since 1972, they know a fair bit about automation!
Specifically on the new lines we have listed, the Lantech CS-1000 Case Sealer can seal up to 30 single wall cardboard boxes and double wall cardboard boxes, based on the following spec of boxes:
FEFCO Style: 0200 & 0201
Flute Type: B, C & E
Minimum carton size: L=200mm W=150mm H=120mm
Maximum carton size: L=650mm W=510mm H=500mm
Our new Case Erectors span the Lantech CI-1000, Lantech CI-2000, Lantech C-1000 and Lantech C-2000. Each offers you a slightly different solution, that will be suited to your size of operation. For users with smaller boxes to erect, the 1000 range will be best. With the 2000 range ideal for larger boxes.
During the process of spec-ing any Lantech machine, we would strongly recommend multiple site visits. We will co-ordinate this through one of our Packaging Pro’s, who will assess your process, and recommend a solution to you.
